Now, we're bringing those real-world insights to Richland, Washington! Join Richland natives Joe Estey and Bethany Estey for an immersive, two-day learning experience combining Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) with practical leadership development. This isn't traditional classroom training. Participants will challenge assumptions, explore how people actually work, and experience dynamic, hands-on learning activities from our HOP in a Box training system.
