HOP in a Box is a hands-on training system designed to help facilitators move HOP concepts beyond the slide deck and into experiences people can see, feel, discuss, and remember.
Each option includes the materials for four or eight facilitated learning activities, along with the HOP in a Box Facilitator Manual, giving facilitators the guidance needed to lead the activities, connect the experience to HOP concepts, and create meaningful discussion with their teams.

H04 — Shape of Thinking
A hands-on look at problem solving, mental models, and the different ways people approach the same challenge.
