Lucas Engineering and Management Services, Inc. (Lucas EMS) is an Engineering and Construction corporation that has been serving the environmental, nuclear and homeland security business sectors since 1994.

Headquartered in Richland, Washington, we have resources throughout the United States. Our staff is composed of senior-level, multi-discipline personnel, most of which possess over 25 years of experience in the governmental and private contractor employment sectors.

Our staff is further augmented by a few carefully cultivated associates, giving Lucas EMS the depth and breadth of experience and capabilities necessary to ensure the highest grade of service and value for our clients.

Lucas EMS has expertise in Nuclear and Industrial Engineering; Project and Construction Management; and in Environmental Management, Engineering and Technical services. We provide our services on a staff augmentation basis or on a turnkey task basis.

Since inception, Lucas EMS has provided services as a subcontractor or in partnership with major contractors in the nuclear and environmental business sectors.
Our clients include Fluor, CH2M Hill, AREVA, Bechtel and Tetra Tech.
